Full Year Requirements

In years that the Arts Commission does not engage in an application cycle, returning Roster Artists must complete the Alternate Year Requirements.

The 2011 Alternate Year Requirements deadline has passed. The next Alternate Year Requirements deadline will be in September, 2013.

Managing Your Online Profile – Part 1

The Managing Your Online Profile series will provide visual instruction on managing and updating your online Roster profile. Part one can be viewed above. Additional tutorials will be added periodically and will be made available at http://www.youtube.com/acaartslearning.

Forms and Reports

Artists named in an Arizona Commission on the Arts Artist in Residence or Community Enrichment grant should complete and submit the Artist Final Report form within two weeks of the conclusion of the project.

The Field Evaluation Report can be used by artists to collect teacher/staff feedback in the evaluation of their residencies and workshops.

Teaching Artist Award

The Teaching Artist Award (TAA) is designed to recognize Teaching Artists who advance the arts learning and teaching artist field in Arizona through the use of innovation and best practices in their work in school and community settings.

Eligibility: Applicants must be teaching artists in good standing on the Teaching Artist Roster in the year in which they apply for a Teaching Artist Award.
