Managing Your Online Profile – Part 1

Forms and Reports
Artists named in an Arizona Commission on the Arts Artist in Residence or Community Enrichment grant should complete and submit the Artist Final Report form within two weeks of the conclusion of the project.

The Field Evaluation Report can be used by artists to collect teacher/staff feedback in the evaluation of their residencies and workshops.

Teaching Artist Award
The Teaching Artist Award (TAA) is designed to recognize Teaching Artists who advance the arts learning and teaching artist field in Arizona through the use of innovation and best practices in their work in school and community settings.
Eligibility: Applicants must be teaching artists in good standing on the Teaching Artist Roster in the year in which they apply for a Teaching Artist Award.
Application Deadline
This award program is on hiatus for Fiscal Year 2012.
