Artist
Teacher Institute
- This grant provides experiential strategies and tools
for teaching with and about the arts and intend to help classroom
teachers, arts specialists, teaching artists and administrators value
and teach the arts aided by their personal experience as art makers.
Organization & School Grants
(EGOR) The Commission provides project and administrative grants to
organizations and schools. Project and administrative grants support arts
activities in urban centers and rural communities, preserve the rich traditions
of Arizona’s ethnic communities, encourage participation in the arts by people
with disabilities and by citizens of all ages, and support strengthened
professional artistic and administrative skills of Arizona’s arts organizations.
The next deadline will be
March 20, 2008.
Quick Turnaround Grants The Arts Commission
provides quick turnaround grants, available year round for artists, schools and
organizations. Grants are available for artist career
advancement, planning and development, professional development, sudden
opportunities, consultant services and arts learning quick turnaround.
