Learning Partnerships - (Adobe) Presents the major impacts on school policy and practices, the principles of effectiveness and key questions to be addressed at each stage of development of successful arts education partnerships. (1999)

Teaching Partnerships -(Adobe) 13 exemplary partnerships convened at Lincoln Center, New York, NY to determine best policies and actions needed to insure that the arts are being well taught in America's education system. Report examines collaborations between colleges and universities, public education system at the state and local level and arts and cultural organizations.

District Arts Coordinator

What is a District Arts Coordinator?


The Arizona Commission on the Arts (the State Arts Agency) partners with schools, community organizations and artists to stimulate and support arts education Pre-K through grade 12. The District Arts Coordinator is the contact person in school districts with whom we communicate with regarding matching grants for Artist In Residence, long range planning, curriculum development, after-school programs, professional development opportunities, conference and information about the state, regional and national arts education issues and resources.
