Community
Cultural Inventories (CCI) and Follow-ups. The CCI is an opportunity for towns, cities and counties to evaluate
the cultural resources of a community. Trained consultants facilitate public
meetings for artists, arts organizations, government officials, business
leaders, educators and other interested citizens. A detailed written report
is produced by the consultant, summarizing discussions at the meetings,
describing observations and prioritizing recommendations for a
cultural development plan.

Consultancies
in Participation Research. Understanding
Participation, Arizona Commission on the Arts’ partnership with the
Wallace Foundation, trained consultants to assist arts organizations who
want to research, enhance or build participation in a specific area such as
audiences, artists or stewards.

Accreditation.
For museums wishing to become accredited with the
American Museum Association. Consultants are familiar with the
extensive process and help with strategies to prepare for accreditation.
