“Tapping Diversity Benefits” – Association for Women Business Owners seeks to bridge cultural gaps – Cecilia Chavez-Protas, a board member of NAWBO has led diversity training sessions, including an AT&T call center site in Mesa.

“Mesa Educators Attend Presentation” – Entrepreneurship conference for diverse teen girls teaches economic literacy – independent consultant Cecilia Chavez-Protas presented the ideas behind a new program that believes will help the “diverse teen women” of Mesa Public Schools to a small group of educators at Skyline High School Nov. 29.

“Spanish gets high priority at Mesa General Hospital” – new board member Cecilia Chavez-Protas trained Mesa Hospital staff, and Doctors on “Why Diversity is a Business Imperative” and this training lead to hospital process improvements.
