Clyde W. Kunz, CFRE has management and/or consulting experience with visual and performing arts groups as well as other types of cultural organizations in both Maricopa and Pima Counties. He has experience working with volunteer leadership in strategic and organizational planning. He has extensive experience in conducting feasibility studies and capital campaigns; conducting development audits and writing development plans, helping organizations establish planned giving programs, and developing marketing campaigns. Mr. Kunz has been providing consultation to not-for-profit organizations since 2000, following seven years in arts management, most recently as Executive Director of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra. Prior to his work with the TSO, he was Capital Campaign Officer at the Phoenix Art Museum during its expansion in the early 1990s, and has attended national conferences of both AAM and ASOL. He is is very involved in professional fundraising organization, having served as President of the Southern Arizona Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), as Chair of LEAVE A LEGACY Southern Arizona, and as President of the Planned Giving Roundtable of Southern Arizona. He has also presented at national and regional conferences of AFP. Mr. Kunz currently resides in Phoenix, and is a Major Gifts Director with an established national non-profit organization
