Senior Partner of Wholonomy Consulting llc, Cassandra O’Neill has over 20 years of experience working with government agencies, educational institutions, non profit agencies, and for profit organizations delivering health care, social services, workforce development, arts programming, and education.  She has consulted with and provided technical assistance to over 80 organizations since she became a consultant in 2000.  She utilizes strengths based methods to provide positive and sustainable organizational development services such as asset based and adaptive strategic planning, facilitation, evaluation, coaching, and training.  She uses a variety of methods including Appreciative Inquiry, Cognitive CoachingSM, Graphic Recording and Facilitation, Polarity ManagementTM, and World Café.
