The value that arts organizations can expect when they work with me is my ability to: (1) quickly analyze and assess the situation; (2) define creative solutions to hurdle problems or achieve designated goals; and, (3) articulate steps that the team members need to take to bring the solution to fruition. These skills sets translate into work known as Organizational Development, Market Development and Program/Service Development. Here are a few examples of recent projects, specific to arts or non-profit organizations:

My professional background includes 20 years of business experience in sales, marketing, program development, strategic planning and implementation. I have a versatile working style that serves a wide range of client types. Academic credentials include Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master’s degree in Business Administration, plus post-graduate work and technical training courses.
