My vision is to use the expertise I have gained in organizational assessment, marketing, goal setting, group/meeting facilitation, team building, leadership development, and focus groups to help arts organizations improve capability and program participation.

The skills I have gained as a Learning Manager for Bank of America and as an independent consultant combined with experience in and passion for the arts have given me a strong foundation to help your organization:

Design strategies to attract and retain customers
Lead people to deliver high quality programs

Using disciplined data gathering processes including surveys and focus groups, we have established organizational goals and customer requirements as the foundation of our programs with dramatic, measurable results.

Arts experience includes: President, Fairbanks Arts Association Board of Directors; Fairbanks Light Opera Theater Board of Directors and performer; piano accompanist, University of Alaska, Fairbanks. I have a B.A. in English/French from the University of Alaska.
