Jacky Alling has over twenty three years of managerial and administrative experience in the non-profit sector. She currently holds the position of Program Officer for the Arizona Community Foundation, one of the fastest growing public charities in the nation. Previous experience includes, Executive Director for the Arizona Alliance for Arts Education, Grant Writer/Education staff for the Phoenix Boy Choir and Manager of Ticketing for ASU Public Events.

Areas of expertise include non-profit management, public speaking, program development and grant writing. Recent consulting programs have involved board development, organizational assessment and building support for arts education/cultural  programs.

Jacky is a graduate of the Institute of Cultural Affairs facilitation program and has successfully facilitated many large and small community forums. She currently serves on the National Governance Committee of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Education Alliance Network. She previously served as an officer on the board of Arizonans for Cultural Development.
