Racquel Gutierrez
Contact: phone: 480-921-8488 Raquel Gutiérrez is a private consultant specializing in masterful facilitation, leadership development, & organizational change efforts. For over twenty years she has dedicated herself to working with individuals and organizations that have the courage to improve their quality of life, that promote inclusiveness in a fair and equal way, that contribute meaningfully to their community, and that will commit the time and energy to transform their present way of being. Individuals and organizations who work with Raquel are inspired to move from a place of reflective action. Raquel purposefully uses a cross-discipline approach based in the core values of personal transformation, continual learning, daily practice, and wellness. Her methods take place in real-life time and action for individual, organizational, and community well being. Among her peers, Raquel is recognized for freely sharing resources, building relationships between groups unfamiliar to one another, involving trusted and resourceful associates, and challenging people to explore possibilities outside their routine paradigms. Her strong technical background, practical management experience, outstanding communication skills, and love of learning have helped her develop innovative and resourceful approaches to her work so that people she serves may live meaningful, balanced, and fulfilled lives. Raquel is beginning her second year of Antioch University’s Ph.D. program in Leadership and Change, enjoys practicing Anusara yoga, painting with acrylics, writing poetry, and being involved with community groups in her neighborhood and city. In January 2003, Raquel moved back to her hometown of Tempe, Arizona with her husband, Ward, their little cat Ita, and their big dog Petie after having lived away for ten years in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the Washington D.C. area.
