480-258-1887 Sandra Rose Simmons founded Management Pathways Consulting in 1997 to assist health, human service and arts organizations to maximize quality, improve performance and reduce costs. Sandra has consulted with a variety of organizations in the areas of strategic planning, organization development, outcome evaluation, education and training, needs assessment and grantsmanship. She is a member of the JUST GRANTS team for training and consultation. With a Master’s Degree in Social Work and over 15 years experience, Sandra has served as Executive Director of three nonprofit organizations, including the Center Against Sexual Abuse, Samaritan Hospice and The EAR Foundation. She is a creative leader in the development and administration of innovative community programs. She has extensive organizational, communication and facilitation skills combined with knowledge of issues, problems, communities and provider organizations. She has a special interest in creative expression and has participated in arts programs as a student, performer and board member. Areas of Expertise:
