Sample Grants

The Commission is pleased to provide Arizona arts organizations with access to sample grant applications. Successful grant applicants from previous grant cycles are available for perusal at the Arizona Commission on the Arts office in Phoenix.

If you live or work outside of the Phoenix metropolitan area and it would be inconvenient to visit the Commission office, we will mail sample copies to you. You will be asked to determine which grant category's applications would be most helpful in your effort to construct your application. The Commission will mail up to three sample applications.
