Artist Opportunity: Contemporary Forum Grants

Contemporary Forum, a program of the Phoenix Art Museum, is now accepting applications from emerging Arizona artists for the annual Artists Grants competition. The selection committee will award up to seven grants of $1500 each. The grant is intended to “provide recognition and financial support for emerging professional artists focused on establishing their career.”

Submissions are being accepted through March 31, 2013.

Eligibility:

Emerging Artists working in painting, sculpture, drawing, installation, mixed media, photography or video may apply.

  • Artwork must have been produced within the last two years
  • Artists must be ARIZONA RESIDENTS
  • Artists may NOT be enrolled in a college degree program
  • Prior winners of this award are not eligible
