Summary:
On April 14, a panel of notable artists and activists took the stage at Florence Gould Hall in New York City to discuss the role that the arts can and do play in addressing the topic of immigration in America. Though each one approached the subject with a different perspective, the panelists agreed that art is essential in helping to tell a story that resonates with all Americans, and that highlights a common humanity rather than cultural differences.
