Position Summary: Salpointe Catholic High School is looking for a High School Multidisciplinary Art Teacher: Ceramics and Digital Design to teach 3D Art, Digital Design and Digital Animation. The best applicant for this position will have experience teaching Adobe software as well as 3D art, enjoy working with High School students and have a strong desire to work in a collaborative and supportive community.

Duties include:
Plan academic lessons
Promote learning and ensure safety
Work closely with students, families, staff, teachers, and administration to support the mission of the school and ensure student success
Desire to participate in a Professional Learning Community
Attend faculty and department meetings as well as professional development sessions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A working knowledge of 3D art, Adobe Creative Suite. Adobe Animate, Adobe, Photoshop and Illustrator and the ability to demonstrate to students
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Willingness to participate in programs that support and encourage the mission of the Catholic Church and the faith and spiritual growth of the students and oneself.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Art or a related field
Experience teaching at the High School level
Solid employment history with verifiable references
AZ State Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one
