Are you new to the world of ADA compliance? Recently appointed as your organization’s 504 Coordinator and unsure where to start? Already familiar with ADA policy but looking to increase your knowledge and improve your practice? Whatever your current level of ADA savvy, the Arizona Commission on the Arts has a professional development workshop opportunity for you!
Presented in partnership with the Sedona International Film Festival, Tubac Center of the Arts, Tempe Center for the Arts, the Arts Commission is offering a pair of ADA focused workshops with Eileen Bagnall, Executive Director of VSA Arizona and ADA policy expert.
Two sessions will be offered each day:
- ADA Compliance: Know the Basics – an introduction to the basic concepts, principles and considerations of ADA compliance, ideal for individuals new to the field.
- Beyond Compliance: Advancing ADA Practices – a more advanced exploration of best practices and next steps to move your organization to the next level of inclusivity. This session builds on the previous session, but may be attended on its own by those already familiar with the basics.
