Field Evaluation Report - Teaching Artist Roster 2009-2010

Observer, please complete the following form based on your observation of the identified teaching artist. The work of a teaching artist embraces a variety of mediums, settings, purposes and formats.  Teaching artists are called upon to develop mastery, both as practicing artists and as teaching artists.  By completing this form you help the Arizona Commission on the Arts deliver quality arts learning experiences statewide.

This rubric uses a four-point scale to describe and assess a teaching artist’s knowledge and skills in residency design and implementation.  The scale is: Acceptable (1) Good (2) Excellent (3) Ideal (4).  Using the four-point scale, please address each standard listed below.
