Arizona Commission on the Arts Grants provide support to statewide nonprofit arts organizations, local arts agencies, festivals, community and service organizations, schools, afterschool programs and individual artists.
Organizations & Schools
Organizations and schools may apply for operating and project support through Arts Commission grant programs that support arts activities in urban and rural areas, preserve rich traditions of Arizona’s communities, impact student learning, and encourage participation in the arts by people of all ages and abilities.
Artists
The Arts Commission provides assistance to individual artists working in a variety of disciplines through annual Artist Project Grants. This highly competitive and prestigious grant offers artists project-related funding of up to $5,500 to support research and development leading to the creation of new works of art.
Quick Turnaround Grants
Quick Turnaround Grants are available to organizations, individuals, artistic companies, schools and after-school programs. Quick Turnaround Grants are reviewed semiannually and support applicants’ participation in professional development and consultative opportunities.
